RETURN POLICY:
BetterEbuy.com’s policy on return is the item will be taken back only if the product received by you is different from the one you ordered. BetterEbuy.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion to decide that the product sent was the product ordered but variations are due to the nature of the product. Issues regarding above to be informed by email to Support@BetterEbuy.com within 3 days of receipt of the product along with photo of the product. Broken boxes delivery should be disputed with the delivering courier company and the same should be informed to us immediately so that we can mutually work together in resolving this issue.
REFUNDS:
In case any refund to be made, BetterEbuy will refund the money the way the payment was made by you. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund money to the same Credit Card or the same Net-Banking account. If the payment was received through Paypal, then the Refund will be credited to your Paypal account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque , it may take a few more days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must be cancelled. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In that case, our Customer Care Team will communicate with you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to you as per our Refunds policy.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:
Please contact our Customer Care in case if you wish to cancel the Order. In case we receive a cancellation request from you before the order is approved and processed by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. But we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been approved and dispatched.
